The deadline for receipt of proposals from developers who are in a position to deliver social housing through turnkey developments has been extended to 11 April 2018 at 4pm and the deadline for clarification questions has been extended to 4 April 2018 at 5pm.
Donegal County Council is seeking to acquire social housing through turnkey developments in a total of 17 towns across the county. Proposals are being invited from developers who are in a position to deliver such units within a reasonable timescale.
Proposals are being invited for the following towns; Bundoran, Ballyshannon, Donegal Town, Letterkenny, Carrigart, Milford, Ballybofey / Stranorlar, Convoy, Lifford, Dungloe, Gweedore, Falcarragh, Dunfanaghy, Carndonagh, Buncrana, Moville, Newtowncunnigham.
